Your course access is:

7.2 License to You
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and view course content for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Download course materials where explicitly permitted
- Use provided software tools as intended
7.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, publish, or sell any course content
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8. User Conduct

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASELINE SKILLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
- STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO BASELINE SKILLS IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Baseline Skills and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your conduct in connection with our Services
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

- We may notify you via email or platform notification for significant changes
- Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
